Engine low power

any somebody help me, all of fuel lines has cleaned,changed fuel filter but still engine low power...the visibility of smoke is normal....

when you clean lines did you clean screen in banjo bolts for fuel inlet line connection on injection pump? Yes the bolts on fuel inlet and return lines on injection pump have screen inside them.

also when you say smoke what color is smoke? black? bluish white?
is it there 100% all the time? or just when start engine or accelerate?
