FG30HT-16 brake drum removal

I removed the wheel and axle. I noticed a seal at the drum spindle bore between the outboard hub end and axle. I am used to seeing a nut to keep the drum on I assume it's behind that seal......correct? I also am guessing the seal on the outboard end will need replaced since it appears there is no way to save it without tearing it up on removal. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Found out what was under that seal today. Pretty much the same as most other hubs.
