NISSAN MCP1B2 ELEC FORKLFT - WILL NOT LIFT/LOWER

hello, i'm working on a Nissan MCP1B2L25S-9C1181 36v. the forklift will travel but does not lift or lower. the dash display shows battery low icon. i eliminated the battery from consideration since when connected to a fully charged battery on a sister truck it still does not lift/lower only travel. i assumed it was BDI issue but truck does travel so i suppose that is not the issue either. i swapped dash displays but no help. is there anything else i should be looking for?

Check settings and make sure truck is configured for 36 volts.

hello, i have updated information. we removed the battery and got it serviced..replaced a couple of bad cells. now error message is gone and truck runs fine. however, unit # 2 also had this same error message. i removed the battery and it tested really bad..not worth repairing so i discarded it. however, i connected unit # 2 to a brand new battery and it still gave me the same message " low battery". truck runs and lifts but message is displayed at all times. any ideas?

Fact of the week
Funerals in Spain typically occur within 24 to 48 hours of death, whereas in other European countries they wait one or more weeks. This rapid timeframe is a cultural norm grown from the past need to manage the warm climate without modern embalming.
