Linde H-25

Having a problem with gas vaporizer. Sometime the forklift witch is on GPL doesen't start. I dismounted the gas vaporizer and inside i found a black depozit and the nail with a spring was blocked, i think is from the GAS mix.
Any solution on this problem?

Propalene is probably problem. Replace vaporizer. I use the same one as on clark units. As for solution to change every 1000 hours. Its your choice. But i wait till they fail. Have had some that last as long as 8000 hrs or longer.

Only one solution fit new ,they should be changed every 1000 hrs
