mast dont colaps

this equipment, suddenly stop it runs, and the mast was deploy in a freezer cellar, so we can't colaps the mast, and the screen display tdm error, anybody can help us.

Lift off the plastic dash cover, on the silver hydraulic control valve is a black thumbwheel (its on the side, down below where the armrest would be), unscrew it and the forks will come down.

TDM is the traction drive module, check the two controllers under the dash cover and see if the amber light is flashing on either one. Count the flashes to give a 3 digit error code and report back.
