Code 83 Learn function not accepted

Did some work on the handle of this truck. Went in service menu to complete the learn function. Displays error code 83 after it says learn function not accepted. any help appreciated.

pot is not aligned properly during re-assembly

Hi. 83 code refers that hte pot of the throttle is out of neutral point. it should be around 2.5 V and that is why the learning is failing. You can manually adjust the pot (it has some gears attached to it that you can manually adjust) in order to have the 2.5 V. You can check the voltage in the display-service menu, or you can measure it directly on the pot connector. I hope this help.

what work did you do?
replace potentiometer? something else?

anyhow...

on the Ray/Cat orderpicker code 83 is E-stop code, meaning E-stop is activated.
ray/cat manual for reach does not have a code 83

what model raymond are you working on? 7400 reach?
