Raymond EASI

We have a Raymond EZ DR30TT 0431692 It starts up and goes through the self test mode. Then a Code88 comes up. I thought I knew most of the codes for the Easi trucks. I haven't seen this one before. Any help would surely be appreciated.

code is:
Code 88 - +5VDC Power SupplyOut-of-Range:+5VDC power supply, located in VM, is out-of-range.

it seems its probably is the VM.
