NO DASH NO CRANK

serial number: C809V03400E
looking for some wiring diagrams.
The lift was parked last winter and sat untouched till a week ago. no issues before it was parked. now no dash display in any key position. good battery. the two fuses on top of the valve cover for VSW(5A) and EPR(10A) both show ground with negative cable attached to battery and battery voltage when disconnected. disconnect ground from PDC and leave negative cable on battery and still ground from the two fuses. all other fuses and good. thinking im looking for a short somewhere. make sense?
any help would be appreciated.

You need to check wire 513A coming out of the display. If it has no output the VSM will not turn on. This will stop the VSM from sending voltage to the trans solenoids.

first off thanks for the reply BREWSKI. so i had no power from 240A. installed a fused jumper wire from battery and now i have keyed power, the lift starts and runs great, all hyd. works. but no forward or reverse. i can move the stubby switch on the left side of the column forward and back but the N light stays lit always. i did pop the switch out and there is no visible damage inside.. oh ya, will not roll and no codes.
any more help will be appreciated.

With no display, I would check wire 240A at the display connector for battery pos. Make sure the connectors at the display plug are making good contact. Wire 513 at the display is the wake up signal so check its voltage and polarity with the key on. Could be other problems with a truck that's been sitting. This should get you started.
