Jungheinrich EFGDFFN304365 - working on machine with lifting issues - it cuts in and out during lifting..when it cuts back in it makes a loud noise like hydraulic valve stuck somewhere. It's also occasionally giving a code 36 which is no lift and we think fix for that is to check PCB on interface card for moisture or corrosion. Not sure if two are related (code and clunking noise). New to working on this machine and no manuals. Help?

Thank you - will try that. Any idea where I could obtain a service manual for this model of machine. The (only) Canadian distributor for JungH says they're not available.
If only with lift and tilt and side shift ok I would rule out motor , encoder and power circuit. Check the interface 3 or interface 4 if fitted with a multi pilot. This card is fitted on the right hand side under the floor, check is the LED permanently on and red. All analogue and digital inputs are fed to this card. The other possibility is a worn lift pot.
