hey william, salary depends on many factors out of which it mainly depends on our personal knowledge and growth of that sector where we are working. So now I think you can easily determine what might be average salary of branch manager or there are certain online tools also which provides you such a details.

Salary in the 100k range plus percentage of profit of that store. At least that is how I do it.

a lot will depend on the area you working( just like any job). Also it will depend on the size branch you are over.
