Discussion:
EASI coming off wire

We have 7 order pickers. We have one particular order picker that in the last 18 months has had 13 incidents where the operator says it comes off wirwe and nearly hits the racking. We had one antenna card that was not up to snuff so it was replaced. Anyone with any thoughts with what else we might try. Raymond was here and gave it a clean bill of health but operators are afraid of the truck. They use it but are very leary. Any help would be appreciated.

Raymonds are very pick about signal strength. Make sure the antenna is at the correct height. May not hurt to have the guidance loop checked for the proper output.

We have one with that problem and it ended up being the battery, the truck didn't like that battery for some reason

Fact of the week
At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
