Discussion:
Linde H40D 394 Plenty of revs but holding back

hi, hope someone can help as I am really stuck with this one. The truck is a H40D 394 model, if you put your foot flat to the floor on the drive pedal, the revs will slowly climb but the truck is very slow. When the pedal is only slightly pressed it is ok. The truck has been plugged into diagnostics and the speed and revs are both set to max, the only thing we did notice was the boost pressure was very low in comparison to another h40d, but after removing the turbo it seems there is nothing wrong with it. The truck has plenty of power, just very slow! It is the same story with the hydraulics, and its much worse when cold to the point it barely moves. Hope someone can help. thanks

Check under the floor board and see if the rod for the pedal has started sliding out.it can be tapped in.The truck will also creep when just sitting their running. No codes will come up either.Another thing I have found on 393 is I sometimes have to calibrate the tilt angle sensor. Hope this gets you closer
