Error code 108-1 displayed

my veracitor has error code 108-1 displayed and 106-4 in the fault history.
engine is surging but runs
may be un related but power steering is also issue maybe low pump pressure repacked steer cylinder already and replaced orbital unit has weak steering and now the check engine code thanks

108-1 is baro pressure signal low I corrected the issue the plug was loose
still having a issue with steering the unit steers ok but real firm we repacked steer cylinder and replaced orbital with known good one it does not seem to be bypassing just real firm any suggestions
