What is a code 77 drive and lift is locked out strobe flashes 3 times and quits hour meter stays on when key is on

couldnt find 77 for a 261 however on a 233 gofer it is software errors. suggests reloading the trucks software with flashware.

Fact of the week
The first practical visible-spectrum LEDs were red, not white. The red colour was the easiest to produce using the semiconductor materials available at the time (the 1960s). The alloy gallium arsenide phosphide (GaAsP) used emitted red light.
