flashing code 8 on dash

Working on lift and it's flashing code 8 don't have a service manual, lift stumbles in gear and then shuts off. Has rough idle. 4 y engine with electronic throttle body. I need to know what the 8 flash are on the display baord. Thanks

Code 8 for the 4Y ECS engine means the electronic throttle motor is sticking,is there carbon build up around the throttle opening causing it to hang up???

These tend to give trouble with the solenoid on the LPG unit, does the truck run ok using petrol/gasoline ?
