i have a rr5225 that keeps getting event code 353 have swap out both access 3 and access 2. with no luck. wiring for comunications check good. please help

i replaced distribution board, access2, and swapped out access 3 had truck running for a da after i installed new distribution board. now im getting a code 353 and the access 1 locks out until you key the truck on and off

Check connections at dist board. Clean them with light amount of contact/electrical cleaner and light compressed air. Do you have another truck (same model) you can swap dist boards with to see if the problem follows? Good luck!
