Linde H35T No FWD\REV After Drive Motor Installed

A guy in our shop installed a Drive motor(Known Good Tested Motor) in to a linde H35T. It now has no forward or reverse along the mast will lift up but not come down. Neither Wheel will turn. Did we miss a procedure along the way? Is there air in the system? thanks for any input

Problem Solved, they installed the Blown motor into the unit. They installed the correct rebuilt motor and all issues are solved
