One drive is trying to spin, and you cant travel? You have a bad encoder on one side. Jack it up and have it in drive, Check which wheel is still spinning. On the side that wont move, tap on the encoder housing and wiggle the encoder plug to see if there is any change.
the logic or power amp can do this as well. No fans, the parts overheat.
