Stam,because if's the first time i repair this model so i don't have much information, i forgot the switch LS at the PEDAL is damage, can not stop.can i change the same swich ( not RAYMOND),Do you have shop manual of this model?
is the reach working is power steering working? if so the aux motor and pump is ok. as i said before i believe you have bad wiring. there is a small cable (#18/4) that runs through the reach assebly and provides power/ground for the solenoids behind the load backrest, these solenoids are for tilt/sideshift. the cable is bent up/down constantly as you reach and retract the forks causing it to wear and break frequently. check this cable!
Stam, aux motor is damage, carbon brush...very bad.Run,Power steering, lift is ok but can not tilt, sideshift.the power supply to Aux motor when i push the button is 37.8 volt
the tilt motor is called the aux motor, it runs power steering/tilt/sideshift. so if you have power steering the motor and pump is ok. check the wiring going from the carraige to the solenoids behind the load backrest.
