Noise when reaching out

when reaching the carriage out I get a high pitch noise when you deadhead it. Only does it reaching out, i checked the valve, reach cylinder is new. Replaced that hose and it went away, after testing it going in and out about 15 times it came back. Any suggestions?

The relief valve for reach and or functions is worn out. Most are preset and cannot adjust. I could be wrong on adjustment, but other machines this happens on and you need to replace this valve and also the hydraulic fluid, filter. Worn, dirty fluid causes this to happen.
