Toyota 5FBC18 fault code # CO

Can anyone help me with this fault code # CO on a Toyota electric three wheeler, truck model 5FBC18, truck will drive forwards and reverse for a short distance then quit, you have to re set the key switch to get it going again, lift and steering are all fine.

TM defect
Main drive circuit connections
RAD circuit open
TM-DC/SD defective
Open connection CPU to DC/SD
DC/SD defective
CPU defective
Open contact on any connector

You may want to check the drive motor for shorts and brush wear.
