Steinbock/jungheinrich hydrostatic drive reverse problem

I have a Steinbock CL25 with a MAZDA LPG engine and a hydrostatic drive but no reverse. I have replaced the solenoids and the potentiometer but no reaction ,only forwards drives oke. The lamp for transmission fault goes on if i set the truck reverse. I have the diagnostic program and calibrate teh potentio meter and pedals but no result. It give a pump control fault. Any a idea what i can do?
