your local Hyster forklift dealer is the correct place to purchase service manuals.
This truck is not very "straight forward" and while most everything can be done through the dash if you have the correct passwords, because this truck can be equipped with more bells and whistles than you can shake a stick at (and the factory and the truck's computers wants to know about every one), IMNSHO, you/we really need some specialized training in these units that just having a service manual will not provide.
