OSE tiller loom part number = 7503990
TVH supplied ones are the same as BT / Toyota.
Nice to hear the reach was a simple fix.
Yes, the loom with the steering pot attached.
Do you have a BT CAN service key as the steering will most likely need adjusting to make the truck drive in a straight line if you replace the loom with a new unit.
I'll get the part number tomorrow for you.
Hi mate,
You were correct about the switch on the reach truck thats all up and running now.
On the LLOP do you mean the loom which has the steering pot attached to it and do you know the part number for this by any chance?
Cheers mate,
No worries, if you need any other help or info just ask.
Cheers mate, I will have a look on Mon, I have just taking in 2 of the OSE machines and 1 RR B3 in a trade deal and they have been sat for a while as the batteries were **** plate so I have only slaved them off of test batteries so will be able to have a better look when they are charged.
For your OSE:
E134 = Steer servo - analogue steer signal input short circuit
Check the tiller wiring harness, you will most likely find a broken wire or 2, this part has been upgraded 3 times to my knowledge, the current units are a lot better OR if your handy with a soldering iron, heat shrink & have some suitable cable you can repair your current one.
Takes me about 15 minutes to fit a new tiller harness, had plenty of practice as I've got a fleet of OSE I look after.
For your RR B3:
E104 = Output 802 short circuited/disconnected
Make sure the first service switch hidden under the dash on the left is OFF, these can get caught when the arm rest panel is removed / replaced, that 1st switch releases the brake in an emergency, lets the truck drive in limp home mode & will throw code E104 at the same time - I've seen this happen a few times.
I also need to know what a code E134 is on a BT OSE250 LLOP, year 2007 if anyone knows?
Cheers.
