Stock picker

I'm working on two stock pickers one is showing strtmout and Str sw got up down no fwd or reverse or steering (have full battery.)

strtmout i believe is steering timeout
str sw is same problem with steering
you may want to check the steering system
check the steering helical connector and the pot/sensor at the steering gear for starters.
also check the fuses and connections
i've also seen the tach steer generator cause issues like this too.
