Discussion:
GE Control Card Compatibility: IC3645LXCD1

Forkers,

A tech has advised me that the GE control card on my Crown RC3020 is dead. I am searching the web for replacement options.

The sticker on the card reads:

IC36545LXCD1
OSC ASM -- MT
05-1F-RM

I'm seeing lots of options for replacement cards. Some with IC3645LXCD1TX, etc. Do I need to find an exact match or are the numbers after CD1 deal more with serial numbers and versions.

Please advise.... I'm also seeing sites that repart the cards.

Thanks,
/jmac

I believe Flight sysems will reprogram it, or ask Mike at Uniparts, they'll sell one already pre-programed. If your not a forklift repair shop it'll be alittle more expensive.

7777 is right on....

not all cards are the same
you have a couple options
either get the settings out of this card (if possible) then send it off to have it repaired at fsip. or just get a reman one from fsip.

get a new one from crown (more expensive option)

in either case they will not be preprogrammed
you will need the factory settings from crown to reprogram it.
every mfg has thier own specific settings designed for thier own trucks. generally most of the settings may be the same but there are a few settings that will differ.

just take those numbers off the card id sticker and contact fsip and they can get you the replacement card you need or instruct you on how to get yours to them and have it repaired.

in case you might wonder what fsip is?

Cards do differ w/ #'s, so its adviseable to get the same card that came out of the truck. Additionally, if the card is not already pre-programed for the particular application being utilized, then you'll need a hand set and the values for that machine and set it.
