Discussion:
Code F5

The code F5 comes up almost as fast as I turn the key on. The transistor module was shorted so I've replaced it and the diode on the heatsink. Still get the "code F5". I Need to know what that code is trying to tell me.

VFC is the flat card mounted to the system card. It is held in place with 4 screws... You may be able to swap to a know good truck...
It is normally replaced as a board

It sounds like you are at the call a Raymond tech stage though

Thank you for the help and I don't mean to sound like an idiot but what is the "vfc" and is this a component I can work or it one of those that I need a Raymond tech for.

Thank you again for your help.
