Sorry Nick I dont know colors you have six wires because four are speed sensor and two are temperature sensor for motor,I think you have two for two motors Sorry but I need you eyes now to see that wiring I know that are wires are 0.5mm.Try to look how they go in motor and try to find supply voltage and signal voltage.
Try to measure and tell me what you do.
Best Regards
Hi again nemanja
I am sorry to bother you again
I have looked at the connection to the motor today and there are 6 connections
Brown-blue-white-black-black-blue on motor cable and
Brown-yellow-orange-white-black-black on loom
What 2 cables do I test on
Nick
You are welcome my friend
Yes I understand. I will try that and then write to you again.
Thank you for your help nemanja
when you measure pulse on one channel you will have 11.5 than 12v again11.5 than 12v pulse is same on bout channel and you dont have short cut on channels,or on supply are you understand me?
What are you do?
Hi again
nemanja_k
Not sure how I measure the pulse can you advise
You guys are the best. Will check that out and get back to you.
Thanks Nick
HI mate
its a good chance its the encoder bearings as if it was a thermal cutback in most cases the truck throws up and error or a dash light indicating thermal circuit.
I have had several EFG with enocoder problems which do not throw up any error codes.
Regards
That model have sensor bearing in motor traction so from motor go four wiring two of them are B- 12v for supply and two channel A and B.If you think that sensor is problem check power on sensor and if is ok check puls on channels.Usually you must have error but sometimes dont shows.Check and tell me when you do measuring.
