New technical solution truck-mounted forklifts

Hi everybody!
I wonder whether you might have a solution or idea addressing my problem with truck-mounted forklifts. I'm really urgently searching for a technical solution which allows for controlling over the stability and the exact position of truck-mounted forklifts. Apart from that I'm looking for some kind of early warning system to prevent truck-drivers from the danger of over steering. Does anyone of you have an idea?

Maybe a level switch, smilier to what they use on a scissor lift. You would have to tie it some type of a solenoid valve, that would dump fluid and of course an override button.
My favorite is the spring-loaded bat, anytime the driver did something stupid, it would hit him in the head, but a shock collar is another good tool.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
