If ptc resistor is hot the problem could be welded contacs in main or pump contactor.

Good day....i have traced all connection and couldnt find anything wrong..The ptc resistor feels a bit hot immediately the battery is hot..could the contactors be the cause of this
Try to check PTC resistor also. Is it too hot ? Maybe you have ashort circuit somewhere.

I have a lpe240 that just started coming up with code c28 immediately it is powered..i have checked all connections to the transistor regulator,infact i have replaced the transistor regulator along side the emergency switch,all fuses ok...can anyone help please?
hello , i have the same problem , on my bt , "error c28" when the stop is pressed , it will reset when i start de procedure , start-up from the begening. so , it work fine , but i would like to know , where i could find the service manuals for the bt lift?..;
by the way , can i reset the error c29 ?

Check the main system fuses are ok, also remove the contact device for E stop & just connect the 2 wires together as a test.
Check the E stop input wire 24 which is connected to pin 16 on the A1 transistor controller, should be 24 volts there when switched on.

I´ve checked that,the micro is OK,is a NC(normaly closed)micro and the continnuity is OK,when we depress the red button the contact opens.
Do you have the manual for this model?

I think c28 on a BT usually means the emergency stop switch is depressed, make sure the micro switch hasnt dropped off the back of the big red button.
