Error - installing Jungheinrich Jeti

i´ve got a problem by installing jeti 4.18
Security client was installed sucessfully.
OS is Windows XP prof.- including SP2
Trying to install JETI ET 4.18
Security Client shows - error code 30 in application 01
Does anyone knows , whats´the problem?
