Yale ERC060 2006 Differential Problems

I need help does the 2006 ERC060 have issues with the differentials. I have a customer that sunk a boat load of cash in a bunch of them and I have been asked whats going on.

Not having done the work I can't be sure but I am old enough, to be smart enough, to ask for help. If it helps the trucks have Quads and a fork positioner attachment on the front (more weight?). Some one told me he believed that this was a relatively new drive axle for Yale in 2006, can't be sure if he knew what he talking about.

Any help from the Yale/Hyster brotherhood or experienced Independents is much appreciated!

Hello garland M,

Sorry for the delay I was travelling. Went to the summer cabin to finishing some Honey-Dos and we don't get a signal up there.

I appreciate your offer, here is one of the trucks Yale ERC060GH A908N05392D.

Any insights are appreciated.

Hey Old Guy, supply a full model and serial number and I will see what I can find as far as any bulletins or field notices.

Work Hard and Fish Long
Mostly bearings on the ones the mechanic repaired but several had their differential swapped with a rebuilt unit so it is difficult to say on those.
