've got to work. after repair of traction motors and the links were all thanks to your help, which only began operating in acceleration to the left slowed down and sobbed, I again clean and everything was more or less. ok. but... appeared (FW "32C # 3), when I unplug the machine appears (Tens. OFF) lights red light on top and the wheel does not work with anything I unplug the plug from the battery 2 or 4 times and start working. this is not always.

It sounds like you have a twin drive motor machine with SepEx motors (but this is only a guess). The light wires will be for the field current and the heavy ones for the armature. So long as the cables are paired correctly the only thing that should happen if you get them wrong is that they will drive the wrong direction.
But i am assuming a few things as your English is difficult to fully understand (my Portuguese does not exist).
