Discussion:
Yale ERC050-RG Error Code Question

So one of my guys ran over a piece of a wooden pallet this morning and now we are having all kinds of problems. The truck will barely move, and when it does it's in spurts where it's almost surging, and then stops. We have also noticed some smoke coming from below, probably the drive motor.

On the dash we are getting a variety of codes: 01, 03, 06, 11.

Can anyone tell me what these are, or where I might be able to find an affordable manual?

Thanks.

What system does it use? If it's EV100, those codes mean:
01- seat switch not closed (nobody on it)
03- reverse direction selected when the key is switched on
06- accelerator is pushed with no direction selected
11- start switch is closed when the key switch is closed

So the codes probably mean nothing. But if you know he ran over debris, it wouldn't hurt to unplug the battery and look under the truck, using a mirror if need be. You might find wires or cables damaged.
