So one of my guys ran over a piece of a wooden pallet this morning and now we are having all kinds of problems. The truck will barely move, and when it does it's in spurts where it's almost surging, and then stops. We have also noticed some smoke coming from below, probably the drive motor.

On the dash we are getting a variety of codes: 01, 03, 06, 11.

Can anyone tell me what these are, or where I might be able to find an affordable manual?

Thanks.
