A5 alarm code

Hello,
Can anyone help me with an Alarm A5 in toyota 5fb15?

When I turn the switch, the contact close and then it appears an Alarm A5 and a beeping sound.
It doesn't move forward and backwards.
The mast has normal operation

Please help me

the code is for a problem with the brake potentiometer. it controls regen assisted braking.
