Yale GLC070 Crankshaft keyway

How many have had trouble with this keyway egging out? I know of at least one other. Just checking in to see.

Hey Pro,

I have not seen this happen but just checked bulletins for this engine. The crank pulley torque has been changed to 99 ft lbs plus an additional 45 degree turn. Also use loctite when installing the bolt. Not sure which one, will try and find out. This may have been the cause of your problem.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
