sounds to me like you could have a capacitor issue, maybe 5 rec. Check voltage at T1 and T2 (1 rec) you should have battery volts one side and half battery volts on the other side. Make sure all connections are tight, EV100 is very sensative to that. Usually a bad 1 or 3 rec will not let the truck travel at all, but you never know.
as per GE, before attempting to troubleshoot any problems on a forklift equipped with ev 100, you should first do a test to check for shorts to frame, on all the power cables, and load test (hydraulic dead head) the battery for voltage drop. have you done these tests?
