sounds to me like you could have a capacitor issue, maybe 5 rec. Check voltage at T1 and T2 (1 rec) you should have battery volts one side and half battery volts on the other side. Make sure all connections are tight, EV100 is very sensative to that. Usually a bad 1 or 3 rec will not let the truck travel at all, but you never know.
