MPB 040 front wheel replacement

Can anyone here help me get the front rollers off of the Yale MPB040? There is a large slotted screw head that will not budge, even with several days of spraying with penetrating oil. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

There are roll pins on left side of each axle and Bell Crank Pivot Pin.
You might have to heat them a bit to get them out, depending on how long they have been in and the enviroment operated in.
