I have an E6000 with a code 45. can anyone tell me what that is? Or where I can get or purchase a PDF MAnual that conatins a list of codes?

Correct, I have seen no Visual problems so far. But I will inspect closer Just to be sure. I will also list my E-mail adress...Thanks Again for all and any info on this subject.

I should have noted that if anyone has the manual, they would need a method to contact you, so adding an e-mail address to your profile would be a good thing.
I also should note that this may well be a burnt cable at the controller or motor, as well as a possible wire connection not making good contact at the DSP card (or other spots), but I had figured (assumed) you would have seen the burnt cable before you wrote to this forum.

your local Cat Lift truck dealer (I think it is Thompson Lift Truck) should be pleased to order you the maintenance manual.
On your truck, code 45 is an "open in traction motor circuit". the checks for this is "non-trivial", and most likely best done by someone familiar with the controls of this type truck, most likely the Cat Lift truck dealer.
