how to reset a yale mpb040e walkie

can anybody help me

we just bought a brand new yale walkie it has less than a week being used and every time that the operator leaves the walkie UP with load or without it, the walkie stops working...... we dont have the controller scaner so we dont know if there is any failure code

please we need any help you can offer as soon as possible

sounds like a fault with the sensor at the bottom of the tillar arm. truck will go into sleep mode if left for a while unused. moving the tillar should bring it back to life. if it,s that new get your dealer in to the truck
