Travel fault

Can anyone tell me what would cause this travel fault. When attemptimg reverse the unit bucks and goes in to neutral. When you let off the accelerator it will return to reverse and you do it all over again. Unit will not fault out. If you attempt to travel slowly in reverse and get it rolling it works fine. You can get full speed. Also the regen braking for rorward works until around 3 mph and kicks out to a full coast. When you can get reverse to work, the regen works fine there.

R60-40 is a Still. You have to enable the service adress to read the fault on the display. RX60-40 could be a Linde or a Still but it's the new generation.
