Mileage Recovery

How are other dealerships handling mileage recovery? Have you had to not charge it or reduce it for specific customers? Just wondering what the others are going through with a slow economy and "penny pinching".

Thanks for the input. We have a system in place however you have to do what you can just to keep customers.

its dog eat dog do what it takes i am not a dealer but i know one company that loves to abuse the customer hence they lost it regards ps will trade snow and -25 temp for a little florida sunshine
