Discussion:
How Are You Paid???

I am a sales rep in the lift truck field and I was wondering how other sales reps are paid in the industry? I am paid on gross profit on new truck sales and wondered if that is the same accross the board.

My guys are commision only, they can earn very good money as long as they are good at what they do and sell, which is sort of the name of the game being "salesmen" The ones that dont sell and are happy to take a big salary for doing nothing, havnt got the **** to be commision only anyway!!
