Linde H25T 392 (DOM:2004) Hydraulic Problem

Hi, I have a H25T with failing hydraulics. I have just carried out the following:
1.) Side-shift hydraulic cylinder - new seals (works fine)
2.) Joystick (1 of 2) right-hand side... side-shift control (works fine)

Lifts and tilts, but doesn't hold. The tilt is the worst as all hydraulic pressure dissipates almost immediately. Hydraulic oil level seems to be good and stable and there doesn't seem to be any sign of leaking oil.

The tilt pressure was failing prior to the above-mentioned repairs, and presumed to be related to the leaking side-shift cylinder (which was severe).

Could the problem be related to the new (after-market) joystick, or do I need to bleed the hydraulic system? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Andreas,
Thank you very much for the advice. I shall test as advised. I'm guessing that if it's the joystick, there will only be a pressure issue when running?

Also I hope I made it clear that it was the side-shift joystick that I replaced?

Thanks again,
Robert

Hello Robert,
first, side shift has nothing to do with the other hydraulic functions. I think you have a joystick issue. New joysticks need to be calibrated otherwise evil wizards will take over control. You can check, if the lift and tilt stops moving when you switch off ignition, you have to do a calibration of the joystick. For the calibration the Linde Software and dedicated interface is required.
