Combilift C4000 KUBOTA V2003-T-EU4

Hello I have a combilift that is filling (and i mean filling) the engine oil with water. Im suspecting a core plug behind the timing cover.

Am I on to the right thing or has anybody else experienced this.

The engine runs fine with no pressurising.

Its a Kubota V2003 diesel

Hello Andrew,
check the oil cooler for internal leakage. When the engine is hot you will have pressure in the cooling system. The water or vapor will be pressed in the oil circuit as long the engine is hot. Next check would be the cylinderhead gasket.

The Kubota is a good engine, but this could be a few different issues. Combilift have a dedicated Technical Team in the UK.
