i have a 2018 model 425-C40TT lift that justlocked out- the display shows (scheduled Maintainance due -Hydralic lock out)
if i restart it goes through the self test just fine and gives about 20 sec before the code comes up - only the main hydralic pump is locked out. i can lower the lift and drive/ steer. the steering pump remains running with the dead man petal.
in the 20 or so seconds i can operate the forks normally.

also is it possible to get a pdf of service manual for this unit?
