Hello Prentice

This truck had know seat switch so they connect the wiring.
We made an new connection to the seat switch.
It's working now.

It says in the Manual- Traveling and material handling possible even after leaving the seat. Parking brake reminder and release reminder alarm partially disabled-

I would check seat switch and wiring to SAS controller
