Discussion:
Not moving forward or backward

The pallet lifter doesn't display any error code in the display, but the LED for the 2 button is on solidly.

At first it didn't lift or release the brake disk. I've replaced the control head (Panel with directional switches) with a spare and got the pallet lifter to lift and release the brake disk. However, the pallet lifter still isn't moving forward or backward.

Can anyone please suggest what to try next before I start swapping out parts from another functioning pallet lifter to see if it makes a difference?
Thinking of swapping out the motor control first.

Post a picture of your led solidly glowing.
Also helps if you post serial no and YoM.
Usually if no error is shown, and it won't move it is related to safety equipment such as tiller position switch, or guard bars switches.
